3rd Law Belgian Tripel

8.4% ABV, 4.5 SRM, 25 IBU

MALTS: Castle Chateau Pils, Wheat Malt, Weyermann Munich T1, Weyermann Accidulated

HOPS: Sterling

BREWER NOTES: After testing many variations of a Belgian-Style Tripel in our taproom, we settled on a simple recipe consisting of only three malts. High quality Belgian Pilsner malt brings a cracker-like flavor while a token addition of German Munich and Wheat Malt provides additional malty aromatics and a dense, rocky head. Fermented with the same Belgian yeast blend as 1st Law and highly carbonated, the beer finishes dry and effervescent.
