Fruited Symbiotic is our main Summer attraction. We take our award-winning Symbiotic Kettle Sour and ferment it with a different fruit each year. This year we chose Raspberry Lemonade. Symbiotic gets its name from the way our yeast and lactobacillus bacteria work in conjunction and adding fruit to it adds another layer of flavor complexity.
